It is best to avoid soap if you have a severe skin condition, like psoriasis, dermatitis or eczema. Following are the some varitey of soaps that should be avoided.
1.Soaps those are granular.
2.Soaps with a high pH or acid-content.
3.Commercial soaps should also be avoided as they contain large amount of unwanted and toxic chemicals.
Natural soaps that make use of aromatherapy and/or herbal contents such as lavender should be used.
I would recommend you to try to use gentle, super-fatted soap, many of which contain up to one-third (or greater) moisturizers. Pure glycerin soaps are also moisture retaining, helping reverse the effects of dry skin. Look for soaps infused with citrus enzymes to help remove pore-clogging dead cells and deposits that dull the skin’s surface. Hard-milled face soaps and gentle synthetic detergents are also very appropriate for relieving symptoms associated with dry skin.
