I have not-I have wanted to try though. I heard that it does improve circulation and make skin appear more youthful.
undereye concealer should also have a yellow tint to it, to contrast the blue/purple in the under circles.
I use IQ Natural Cleanser or Dermalogica, both work well for my sensitive skin( I have rosacea as well)
I have found that coconut or Squalane oil works great! Natural oils are so much better for your skin then the synthetic stuff
I suggest coconut oil on the scalp and ends of hair every now and then. Coconut oil is great for the hair and skin.
For pimples I recommend a small percentage (1-3%) of salicylic acid . Just dab on before bed and in the morning the pimple is almost gone. For multiple breakouts I would suggest a benzoyl peroxide...
I would try natural/organic skin care products/makeup
Stress, lack of sleep, genetics are main causes. I've tried lots of remedies however, a combo of retinol serum and a good green concealer works well for me
It's very important to stick to a skin care routine, once you find a system that works for you, stick with it. Any major changes in your routine can cause breakouts, dry/oily skin.
