Use this scrub when you take your shower.
Rub the scrub over your body in circular movements.
Start from your feet and move up towards your legs and
your torso and arms.
Shower off with cold water.
Take note: Use this body scrub within 20 minutes of
preparing the brew to prevent oxidation of the coffee
grounds.
This body scrub looks good. I am going to try it tomorrow but I don't think I will shower in cold water.
I'd like to try out the coffee scrub on my cellulite bumps. I would also like to share that honey is good also for scrubbing. I rubbed it on my foot and it removed the hard skin and callouses instantly.
mix wheat churn in curd add some turmeric and make a paste of it use it as body scrub it makes skin smooth and lighten the skin tone.
I have another homemade body scrub.orange and lemon peel scrub.Dry the peels thoroughly till they are brittle.keep them away from sunlight while drying. Pound them until they are powdery and store them in a jar.
Take two tbsp of the dried peel powder.Add a half-tbsp of honey and a little milk to make a coarse paste.Before a bath,rub this paste all over your body. then, wash off in lukewarm water.
