Only 24 with crows feet.. peel? dermabrasion?

I just went through a period of 3-4 months of hardly ever sleeping and I feel like I have aged 20 years. I have tried numerous creams and they only seem to get worse.

Honestly I think people are dumb to think a sun $100 cream is going to get rid of wrinkles.. atleast now I do. I have very fine but many lines and am willing to pay to get rid of them. I would think because they are fine and new I would be a good candidate to get good results from one of the treatments.

From experience.. what works? I don't know what kind of dermatologist to go. Peel, Dermabrasion, what??

Wow, you're only 24?! How did this happen? Is it due to work? I guess sitting in front of the computer all the time can make your skin age faster. Anyway, I'd say it's best to consult a specialist. if you don't believe in expensive creams, then go for an expensive laser treatment. Those really work. :) But you're only 24, so maybe you ought to wait a few more years when you have even more wrinkles..

Facial fillers like Juvéderm Perlane and Restylane are a great way to fill in those lines. But I agree with mimico -- wait a few more years before you worry about anything.

It's really difficult to say what would be best suited to you without you having had some kind of professional consultation. I would make an appointment first with your own doctor and get to the root cause of the lack of sleep before anything.

It sounds like you could do with a check up and if you were to have the sleeplessness treated initially you might find simply getting more rest will get rid of them. I myself went through months of not sleeping more than 3-4 hours a day and I looked terrible, but once that was sorted out I looked far better physically.
