You can whiten your teeth permanently, but there's no such thing as permanently preventing stained teeth from coming back. Known things to cause stains include smoking, tea, coffee, alcohol, sugary foods, and soda. Things that almost everyone is guilty of indulging in some of these things.

However, if you visit the dentist regularly and also maintain some of these helpful home remedies, then yes, you can maintain a healthy white smile while even indulging in some of these oral killers. People around the world use these methods.
1.) Orange peel

In Thailand people rub their teeth with the white side of the peel of an orange . There is an acid that makes your teeth whiter. When teeth are yellow you can rub them in with the orange peel every day, wait a few minutes and then rinse and brush your mouth and teeth.

After a week you can reduce the frequency back to 2 or 3 times a week. Too much is not good either. There is an acid in the skin that whitens your teeth but as with over-the-counter whitening toothpastes, this acid can affect the tooth enamel.

2.) Cloves

Cloves are used to whiten teeth. You can of course chew on a dried clove flower, but that is too fresh for most people. It is also possible to put 2 or 3 drops of clove oil on your toothbrush and brush your teeth. Clove has the added benefit of giving you fresh breath. Clove removes harmful oral bacteria.

3.) Burnt bread

In Iran, women brush their teeth with burnt bread. It is of course a bad taste. We all know burnt toast is pretty disgusting. They burn the bread completely on purpose and crumble it into a coarse powder with which they brush their teeth. This is how their teeth turn white. Just don't swallow if you try this.

4.) Turmeric

A more tasty way to get white teeth is to brush with turmeric or yellow root powder . Indian students with beautiful white teeth often brush their teeth with turmeric. Strangely enough, the powder is bright yellow.

If you cut fresh yellow root your fingers will also turn bright yellow. But eating turmeric and brushing it does not cause yellow teeth, but you get a bright white teeth.

Just avoid getting it on clothes because it will permanently stain them.

5.) Strawberry

In strawberry there are acids that whiten the teeth. You can chew a strawberry bit in half and then rub your teeth with the white, inner part of the strawberry. The advantage of this method is that it tastes good too.

6.) Apple
Eating a sour apple is an automatic whitener for your teeth. Yellow scale becomes less obvious because you chew on the apple.There are acids in the apple that make your teeth whiten. It is an excellent way to clean your teeth after lunch so you do not have to brush.

7.) Lemon and Baking Soda

Baking soda is the main ingredient used in most whitening toothpastes. When you put baking soda in a bowl and you add lemon , you will see that it starts to fizz.

You can apply this with a toothbrush on your teeth and leave it for a minute. Not longer than a minute because then citric acid affects the tooth enamel. Then brush your teeth for a moment to finish it off completely.

8.) Salt

You can add salt to the mixture described above. Salt helps to disinfect the mouth. Dental plaque produced by bacteria and salt lowers the number of bacteria in the mouth. For this purpose it is good to rinse with salt. Salt rinsing also helps with gum disease. Salt dissolves easily in lukewarm water.
