Can someone identify this?

Can somebody help identify what this bump is? It's about the size of a BB and is hard. It doesn't hurt, itch, etc. I can squeeze on it too and it doesn't hurt and almost seems like the dark spot wants to come out if I push hard enough. If I push hard it hurts it it's because of the sensitivity of the penis, not the spot itself.

It's almost like a BB lodged under the surface of the skin
