Is this Vitiligo ?

Hello.

I noticed these spots about an year ago and overlooked them thinking they were yeast infection or something.

However, I recently shaved my beard and notices that they have gone more lighter and bigger.

As I am in a remote location for an assignment in Central Asia. Dermatologists are not an option for a month.

Vitiligo signs include:
Patchy loss of skin color.
Premature whitening or graying of the hair on your scalp, eyelashes, eyebrows or beard.
Loss of color in the tissues that line the inside of your mouth and nose (mucous membranes)
Loss of or change in color of the inner layer of the eyeball (retina)
