Possible Angiokeratomas??????

Hi, I have developed 5 pimple like bumps on the head of my penis all in a line.
They have developed over a good number of years , the 1st possibly over 10 years ago.
I'm worried that it could get dramatically worse.
There's no itch or discomfort about 1mm in diameter.
A quick online search shows a similar appearance to Angiokeratomas.
Any quick remidies anyone can advise please .

Welcome to dermatalk. Well... could be pearly penile papules too, if u have pic it could be easier to confirm the case.
