Me and the hubby decided to get a new house next year. I'm currently on the way and we would like our first born to live in our own modest home. Any recommendations for a loan company that offers fixed mortgage rates, flexible terms and competitive rates?

For a fixed mortgage rates you can try applying for a loan in credit unions.

Thanks for the reply. We are also considering loans from credit unions (https://www.calcoastcu.org/borrow-home-purchase-fixed-rate-mortgages.htm), I believe they have a lower interest compared to commercial banks. I also made some research about cooperatives but unfortunately, it seems not workable for us.
