the link is error:( but you said it was an eye cream, so i never tried it. I would be very pleased if you tell me the recipe.
btw, i have a brilliant recipe i think you should try. i crash mint leaves, mix with honey or olive oil, then apply it on the dark area for about 5 minutes. it treat black eye very quickly and its fresh smell makes me relaxed. sometimes i use it as a helpful kind of facial mask to acnes. I found that recipe hereand there are many ways else to treat dark circles.

This is very effective, simple and easy tips for under eye treatment
Cut a cucumber into thick slices and keep it in the refrigerator...
Grate a cucumber, extract the juice and keep it also in refrigerate for few minutes...
Then use it under the eye, massage it and leave for 15 minutes, wash with cold water.
