Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone has any information about this sort of issue.
I've had these marks for around 3 years now, they are just above my butt crack, they are not itchy or anything, they just get really red sometimes after I shower. I only have these marks in that position and I do not have have psorisis or eczema in any other body areas as far as I know. Please see some photos below:

I would really appreciate it if you can share you opinion about what these marks might be.
