Dry, cold air. Indoor heat. Bitter icy winds. No wonder winter weather can make even the greatest hair go blah. The solution: a deep-conditioning treatment. Give your hair this nourishment at least once a month to moisturize, add protein, and heal dryness. The result will be shinier, healthier, and more beautiful hair.

While your hair is still dry, apply moisturizing and conditioning oil. If you want to make your own conditioning oil combine several drops each of orange, soybean, and vitamin E oils; coconut oil will also do, if you do not care to use soybean.

Massage the oil into your scalp and throughout your hair for several minutes. Then dampen a towel, with medium hot water and wrap it around your head for a moist heat treatment that will help the oil penetrate the hair shaft. Leave it on for at least 20 minutes, then shampoo out.

So, friends. Bring back the luster with this soothing remedy.
