Unknown skin rash/irritation with 3-month baby? Help!

Our 3 month year old baby has an unknown skin rash/skin irritation on her right arm only (no other places on body).

It is in two clear places which seem to be spreading, and seems to be starting to develop in a third place. See pics attached.

Heya Chris have you figured out what it is yet? I'm not an expert but I am a nutritionist, it seems like it could be some sort of mild eczema or psoriasis. It also looks like a very light ringworm in the second picture. Let me know what the update is, perhaps i could help with a product or just through my nutritional knowledge and food recommendations
