need help identifying this skin issue!

Hello, I am hoping someone can help identify these skin issues I am having. I normally have very clear skin but over the past week these lesions have started to pop up. I have 3 going down my stomach and 2 near my neck. They aren't too big but definitely noticeable. They don't really itch at all but I guess they're some kind of rash?
