freckle turned black

I have a freckle that I've had for as long as I can remember, yesterday I happened to look down at it ( it's on my stomach) and noticed it has turned black. It has also slightly changed shape.... Could this be cancer?

Changing is size,color or the shape doesn't always mean a cancer. In most cases it could just be harmless mole, can u upload the pic?

I dont think so that freckle can be a cause of cancer, if you are using some products to remove it then that products can be the cause.
