Hi Everyone,
I got a wart-looking thing growing on my face for 2-3 weeks now, in the beginning, I popped a small acne and gradually it formed into this weird looking thing. I got wart before on my hand/feet somehow resembled this, it will bleed if I try to remove it. It didn't catch my attention till last week because I use to have many acnes, but the scab usually go away in few days, and won't get bigger. Any idea of what it is? Any input will be appreciated.
