Hello. I have a serious of small skin colored bumps on my penile shaft. I just want to know what they are and how to treat them effectively. Need help

Welcome Ryan to dermatalk.. It is good if you post pics.. there are several condition that resemble each other. so since when have you had this? does it itch? are you sexually active? Please post clear pics for better suggestion..
