As the count of birthday candles increase, the chances of losing the skin’s elasticity, also increases. The skin’s store house of the two significant proteins, that provide the right structure and the ability to stretch reduce with aging. Though, nothing much can be done to stop the natural aging process, but the signs of aging can definitely be reduced by using a good anti-aging skin care products.

Woman of many candles here with fire extinguisher on standby during birthdays. Here is my own regimen, fine lines, loofah in pure coconut oil bar for daily exfoliation together with my shower (coconut oil is the best moisturizer for me so far). With deeper wrinkles, I do TCA peels, about 4 times a year (I won't recommend for younger woman). To very mildly prevent build up of dead skin and nourish the new skin layer, I use the milder exfoliation of raw sugar in coconut oil bar. I got these lines from Positively Flawless through Amazon. I used plain coconut oil before but it's messy, greasy and too much work to rinse out. Then some missteps using coconut soap -- mostly chemicals with very little real coconut oil.

Its true with growing age our skin start losing elasticity I was worried about the same. So i started using olive oil all over my body for moisturizing and massage my skin using appareil cellulite device. This massager really worked for my skin and gave me good effects on wrinkles.

I agree with you that signs of aging can be reduced by using a good anti-aging skin care product. But can have adverse effects too if mistaken or used wrong product. So, one should go for the product which have all natural ingredients so that even if its not effective enough didn't cause any ill-effect on your skin. Something like anti aging sulution by Dermology will be a good pick as it have natural ingredients and is effective enough.

I have a healthy diet and drink a lot of water. I apply sunscreen, wash my face every day, and exfoliate a couple times a week. I moisturize with coconut oil and apply Ora's Amazing Herbal face oil serum (there are others of course but this one has worked best for me) when I alternate between the two.

I am 47, and some age lines & spot on my face are vivid enough to reveal my age to people. I have tried many home remedies, but none worked till now. My daughter brought some anti aging cream to me last month that were suggested to her by someone and they are working wonders for my skin you could try these out too.

I think it is due to your aging process is faster and got nothing to slow it down. There is several ways to reduce this. I just name some ways
- Drink more water and herbal tea like green tea with no sugar in it (if it has sugar, it will cause more serious status not only for aging process, but also for other issue like fat, high level of calories...)
- Don't stay up late in the evening
- Don't use laptop or technology service for long time. If you have to do, you need to give your body time to rest from 10-15m
- Eat more vegetable and fruit.
- Use product from nature like cocoa butter or olive oil
- Massage while doing skin care and taking shower.
- In addition, natural mask can help.
- Provide collagen to your skin by take pill or any way.

You can use alum powder to tighten the skin. Mix a teaspoon of alum powder and one teaspoon of honey, apply the mixture all over the face and wash it off after 15 minutes.

Hmm for firming, i think have to exercise plus to eat healthy.

Some historical facts - can try gua sha, can help blood circulation and toning. I think some beauty clinics are still using. if not, you can buy the thing urself and DIY..I think should be the same =P

If not, u can also try professional treatments from those reputable clinics. In singapore, i went for the Rejuran Skin Healing Program and i quite like the result.

My personal regimen - I use a mild Alpha hydroxy acid foaming face wash everyday in the morning to exfoliate the skin followed by a gentle moisturizer and a sunscreen is a must. I apply sunscreen everyday like its my job. Sunscreen really helps in the long run for anti aging. The earliest you start the better.

Also retin a cream every night really helps skin renew itself. However this needs to be checked by your dermatologist if it's safe for you to use.

Cetaphil cleanser to wash my face in the evening.

I think drink lots of water is a must! Keep yourself hydrated so you wont have dry skin - which will cause wrinkles
Plus, always remember to put on sunscreen! This is a must to do!!

Lastly, go for facial at least once a month to keep your skin healthy and clean - find a clinic that you are comfortable as you wont want the people there to hard sell every-time you go there. Monitor their services to see if they have a consistent service provided to you over months.

Oh ya! you can also go for treatment - targeted on anti aging if your skin is badly damaged.

I have friends using SKII - i see their face is very very smooth (but their skin belongs to dry skin type). My skin is oily/combination and it doesn't suit me...

I think diet plays a impt role and also do go for facial at least once a month - to pamper your skin!

Oh ya, i do massage my own face at night - while applying anti aging cream. Use your fingers and move upwards. I think it helps somehow! =D

For serious problem, then maybe have to look for a doctor to advise. This is one of the clinic I like, you can google to see if this is what u want

Drink more water and take some vitamin E and C. Thats why im doing all along.
