Dry flaking leathery scrotum

Hey guys so I have had the rash on the left side of my ball sack for a few months I've used lotion, gold bond even over the counter anti fungal creamed and sprays... But nothing has worked. It get dry without the lotion and begins to crack and peel and leaves dandruff in my underwear and the skin is much stuffer then the other side (which is untucked by the rash). Just wondering what you think it might be any help would be much appreciated.

Hi jeff! Welcome to dermatalk! Your condition seems like scrotum dermatitis to me. Application of mild steroid with good moisturizers may be helpful. Besides wearing of cotton undergarments may be beneficial.
