Hello DTers! Here are some healthy snack options for those who want to stay and look healthy:
(1)Fresh fruit- this is the yummiest and easiest to prepare. It's also very filling.
(2)Fingers of raw vegetables- My least favorite, but I have it once in a while. it's best served with a healthy dip, but the really yummy dips can be very fattening.
(3) Whole grain biscuits- Another yummy snack, but quite boring after the 4th piece.
(4) Plain yogurt- I find that eating yogurt helps regulate digestion. It's not as yummy as sweetened yogurt but it's very healthy.
