Penis flaking

Hi guys,

My penis is red and flaking and the inner foreskin is red, some parts of my thighs have what looks like rashes. I've had it for some time.

Since when have u had this?
does it itch? Pain? Burn?
what about ur sexual history? If yes,How frequent? Any protections? Does ur partner have any issues with her?
Do u have any other lesions on other parts of the body?
What about ur scrotum?
do u experience burning during micturation?
any other that u might add?

Hi,

thank you very much for responding. I've had this for many years. I'm a virgin. Inner thigh has red patches thst come and go. Sometimes it itches, but most of time it doesnt. I have something that looks similar on my elbows and my armpit has a rash.

Hi Mike! Welcome to the forum. Though the pictures are not very clear, your condition seems like genital psoriasis to me. They seems different from the typical psoriasis in rest of the body, in sense they are moist, shiny and thick adherent silvery scale are absent here. Strong topical steroids for few days followed by weak steroids, vitamin-d analogues, topical calcineurin inhibitors can be used for treatment.
