Pimple like stuff on my scalp

Hi guys, was wondering if anyone here has the same scalp problem as I do? I have little bumps on my head that feel like pimples but I guess they're not because there's always a hard crust on top that I can peel off. It's sometimes red, sometimes brown, and sometimes orange. I don't know what it is, really. What should I do?

hey i also have same problem.it started when i had accident and since last 6 months it comes and go.. they are link pimples especially on back of my head.can anyone suggest any solution. Mimico what did you used ?
