blackheads are a result of dirt, grime, oil clogged in the pores. I agree a scrub will work, consider a small amount of corn meal with your facial cleanser. Most blackheads appear in the T zone where skin is the oiliest. Consider witch hazel just in that zone area and then use a moisturizer that does clog pores. There are also extraction tools for blackheads and I just saw on Dr. Oz that if you squeeze your blackheads out first make a warm epsom salts paste and soak them first.
