Shampoo and Body Wash?

Does anyone have any suggestions of good shampoos and body washes to use? I haven't really had to deal with using a specific shampoo before. My scalp has never really been affected by eczema too much until recently, so I have no idea what products to look for. I'm not looking forward to switching shampoos. There are very few out there that my hair likes. I have used Garnier Fructis for a long time. Most shampoos leave my hair frizzy and feeling dry. Suggestions?

Baby shampoo is the best because it contains less chemicals + Argan oil soaps are really good.
