hi there, i used to like yanking my ball hair out thinking that it would grow back just fine but after a while i noticed that the opposite was correct. i stopped doing it but i have had this persistent flakyness and itchyness which i cannot get rid of. i was looking for some opinions on the matter. feel free to chime in
