Some creams...

I find when I use some creams either on my body or face I come out with a massive rash and it itches like mad! I realise I have sensitive skin but its so annoying when Im trying out new things, its always in the back of my mind 'will this set it off again' I was wondering if anyone knew any good creams etc. I could try out?
