Hi guys,

I came to know from my friend that too much vitamin A can cause your hair to fall. Is this true??? I am totally confused when I hear this from my friend. Does any one know about this??? Please explain me about it. I want explanation in scientific manner.:omg:

Vit-A increases the reproduction of cells in hair follicles as a result it grows faster and reach endphase quicker then normal then as it reaches its endphase it falls out.

Bad news for me then! I take a vitamin capsule for healthier skin every day and it has some vitamin A in it. Oh well. As long as new hair grows, I won't be bald! And I do have thick hair right now so I'm not super worried.. thanks for the info!

Ah well the excess of everything is bad even its Vitamins or water.Things taken in limit and as per requirement are useful otherwise they causes more harm than benefit.
As far I have seen vitamins taken in required amount helps the body and certain minerals help with hairs.
