small red bumps on groin area (upper thighs, scortum and glans)

i ve been having these small red bumps for around a week now, they are very itchy and i just want to make sure that its not infection or if it is what sort of medication/cream to use. pictures can be provided if needed. thanks in advance

Are the bumps filled with clear liquid inside or pus?
Do you have itchy bumps on fingers (esp. on finger web-spaces) or stomach?
When are they very itchy? throughout the day or esp.during night?
Have you been to any new places?
any changes in pants and underwear?
Yea.. if possible clear pics would be very helpful ...

Hi, thank you for your response, yes i have a very few itchy bumps on my wrist, palms and fingers, and stomach. they are very itchy and its mostly the same itchiness, doesnt vary at nights.
