If you are getting enough sleep then everything should be fine, you should have nice skin no bags in sight, also try and drink as much water as you can just to get your skin firmer and smoother. Most of the creams that say they work they just want your money. My best bet is the old way cut some cucumber and relax, try not to get stressed about them that is what could be wrong if you are getting stressed about them then this could be making them worse. Sleep water and relaxation is your only remedy.

I get plenty of sleep, and i drink only coffee and water as beverages. I haven't tried facial excercises but I have to investigate more than i have.

Yes if you do not treat this as soon as possible it may lead to wrinkles and fine lines.

You should add a few drops of marjoram, geranium, grapefruit, lemon, rosemary oil in 1 cup of jojoba or olive oil. And take a cotton pad and soak it in oil. Later after a few minutes wipe the cotton pad over your eyelids. Wash your skin with cool water. See to it that you do not have irritation with essential oil. You can also add a few drops of rosemary oil to your cream and apply it daily to your skin.

Yeah quality of sleep is very important. Yoga meditation can also help relaxation.
