What makeup does a girl with brown hair and hazel eyes use?

I need makeup ideas for school, dates, and regular time. I need to be able to look my best for the begining of high school and Ive never worn makeup to school before. Ive tried putting on eye liner, but I have no clue wear to apply it.

Give your eyebrows a medium level of thickness.
If you have light brown hair, use brown mascara. If medium to dark brown hair, use black mascara.
use a thin coat of dark brown or black eyeliner.
Soft pink and very light brown eyeshadow for fair skin.
Eyeshadow colors for your hazel eyes will be olive green and medium brown for tan or darker skin.
blush colors will be peach and soft pink for fair skin and darker peach and brownish hues for tan or darker skin.
