are these genital warts or herpes or something else :(

I have little bumps under my testicals and at the base of my shaft they are a little rissen and itch occasionally other then that no discomfort. They are a little darker then my skin... please help.

Hey james welcome to the forum, since when have you had this? have they increased in size and number? what about your sexual history? do you have small bumps on face? (esp. under eyes, cheeks, nose).. Looks like they are smooth... Are they smooth/rough? do they they central depression? Are they tender on pressing? The lesion on base of the penis are not clear.. could you post some other pics..

Thank you for your response... I have noticed them in the last 4 months and they have increased in number I think think by 1-2 or I never noticed the others. The one on the base of my shaft seems to be harder where the ones on my testicals in the photo are softer and none of them hurt at all. No bumbs under the eyes nose or mouth. And will put new pictures up. Sexual history I have a stable girl but we play with other girls as well. Everything is working properly ...the only thing is in the last few months my scent down there has changed not like gross or anything just smells different then it always had.

Picture are not clear so can't definitely say, but it somewhat looks like Genital warts or may be Seborrheic keratosis, a clear picture would help. However, its better to visit a dermatologist in person and confirm the diagnosis.
