Age - 28, Male

Its flaky, itchy.
Had this since 6 months.
Been applying Aquaphor.
Had it on forehead but its gone now.
Areas affected - Behind the Neck Area, arms
Other Skin conditions -Seborrhoeic Dermatitis
Shampoo I use - T Gel which has Coaltar

Its very frustrating it has been six months. Worse its spreading on my arm. Initially it was just few patches but now its just growing. Had one spot on right arm now there are three more.

It doesn't look like sebderm to me. My scalp is clean and doesn't have anything like this. Is it eczema ? Why is it spreading ?

Hi! Welcome to DermaTalk. Your condition seems like lichen simplex chronicus to me. This is mostly related to stress . The itch scratch cycle should be broken using barrier method along with good topical steroids , keratolytics and emollients. Barrier method simply means using some barriers such as surgical tapes along with some medication to prevent further injury by scratching.
