Yea looks like Syringomas and if your doctor told then he might be correct.and also visit your dermatologist for more suggestions. They are usually harmless but for cosmetic purpose it can be removed with the following methods:
Surgical excision with primary suturing
Scissor excision with secondary intention healing
Electrodesiccation and curettage
Carbon dioxide or Er:YAG laser ablation
Trichloroacetic acid

Talk to your doctor about it and be sure to go to specialist so that after surgery you won't get any scar on your face

CO2 laser can be used for removal of syringoma. Other treatment methods include surgical excision, shave excision, electrocautery. The best treatment depend on the location, size and number of syringomas.

No its good. You have to remove it by the laser technique. There is no any side effects of it.
