Hello, I have been diagnosed with sebaceous hyperplasia. I have been prescribed Differin cream by my derm who said it will shrink and sometimes remove existing lesions and prevent new ones from forming. I have been on it almost two months and see no difference.
Does anyone have experience with topical retinoids for this condition and if so did you find them successful in stopping existing lesions from getting worse while preventing new ones from forming. Also, how long until results can be seen.
Please any help would be much appreciate. I see so many mixed reports on the use if topical retinoids.
Thanks in advance.
