Skin Rash Needs Identification

It's about four days old. It doesn't itch or burn. Other than it being visible there are no other symptoms. I need an identification.

Oh and i forgot to add that when i first noticed it there were little white heads on it (at least they looked like white heads). I originally thought it was a group of infected hairs but after trying to push on it, nothing would come out (puss).

Welcome to the forum Hayden, pics is not so clear, but looks like vasculitis or may be nummular dermatitis. Are there any scales around? when u press it does it blanch?
