Rash on penis and scrotum...please help

Ive had this itchy flaky rash on my penis and these wierd bumps on my scrotum. Some of the bumps go away when you squeeze them, and a yellow stringy discharge comes out. The other bumps clump together add in the picture.

Hi Lewis, welcome to dermatalk and sorry for late reply. Your condition look like candida balanitis to me. have you taken any medications recently. The one on the scrotum looks normal bumps, doesn't looks like harmful. But, can u post some more pics from different angles? Since when have you had this? Are you sexually active? if yes does your partner has itching too?
