Flesh colored bumps on genitals...need help

Hi,

I was wondering if you could help me idenitfy what these flesh colored bumps were on my gentials. I don't think it's warts or herpes, but I dont know. I've had them for at least 5 years now. They don't hurt, don't itch or anything. I just want a clear mind

I dont know if it's just penile papules either.... please advise

Hi Brad! Welcome to DermaTalk.have you noticed any changes in the number of lesions since you first noticed them. Have you noticed central depression or umblication in any lesions when closely observed?

I haven't noticed any central depression or umblication in any of them. Nor have they changed in number. It's been the same amount for at least 5 years

These lesions seems like pearly penile papules, or other benign neoplasm to me.though we cannot completely rule out molluscum contagiosum as a close observation of the lesions is necessary, which is not possible though picture. I hope your visit to the dermatologist will surely solve the problem. Hope you will let us how it went. We will be happy to hear from you.
