Anyone else tend to get itchy skin in the summertime as a result of sweating more than usual? Any remedies recommended that will not require any froo-froo creams and such?

Applying Aloe Vera gel for three times a day over the affected area gives a cooling and healing effect.
Gently rub a paste of besan or gramflour mixed with water over the rashes and leave it for five minutes and then wash it away with cold water.
Putting an ice pack on the affected area for about ten minutes in every three to four hours, helps in preventing the rashes from spreading further.
Rubbing with the slices of cucumber immediately cools your skin.
The use of creams and ointments must be avoided as it blocks the pores.
Chamomile tea can be applied on the heat rash, as it improves the immune system and fight against the infections.
When you take a bath in warm water, add few teaspoons of baking soda as the soda bicarbonate reduces irritation and softens the skin and relives you from itchy sensation.
