I have small bumps on the shaft and head of my penis. What are they?

I am 20, and I recall having some bumps on my penis shaft like these for a while.
I am not sexually active, but have had two sexual partners.

The growth doesn't hurt or itch, but I am concerned about its contagiousness and would like to know if it could get worse and what I can do to treat it.

Welcome to the forum jason, few questions
Since when have you had this?
Is the lesion hard/soft?
Are the lesion stable or growing in number and size?
Do u think the lesion are fluid filled or just hard substance?
When did the last time u had sexual encounter?
Did they had anything like that u could suspect?

Do u have such lesion on head of penis? where exactly? The one on the corona of the glans are harmless pearly penile papules.

could u post more clear pics from different angle. Please do reply to the above questions with pics if possible. Its hard to come to the exact diagnosis just by looking at the pics, but if picture are clear enough we can at-least suggest some.

What do you have there looks very similar with pearly penile papules. If is really pearly penile papules you don't have why to worry about because are harmless. You have here a link with more information about them http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hirsuties_coronae_glandis

The earliest I can recall having these was since I was around 13.
The lesions feel a little on the hard side, but since they are not that large, I can't tell exactly.
I don't think they are fluid filled, they're a little hard.
My last sexual encounter was about a year ago, and no I didn't notice anything that I could have contracted from my partner.

I don't see any on the head, they seem to only be around the shaft.
Thank you for letting me know about pearly penile papules. Are the lesions on the shaft also the same type?

Sorry for replying late, the lesion on the shaft doesn't look like pearly penile papules, but doesn't look like harmful lesion either. Looks like some sort of benign harmless tumors like syringomas or other benign tumors. Direct closeup examination and skin biopsy would confirm it.
