Random rash on upper thighs?

I have received a random rash on my upper thighs which I've never had before. I am under a lot of stress right now. I also wear jeans every now and then and always shave my legs. The spots look small with a tiny bit of scab in the middle and slightly inflamed around it. It doesn't hurt, and only itches a very tiny bit every now and then. It's mostly on my left thigh but there is a little bit on my right thigh.

Looking at your lesions it seems like folliculitis to me which is inflammation of hair follicle maybe caused by injury. I would suggest you not to shave or wax your hair sometime. Aplication of topical antibiotics along with oral antihistamines may be helpful.
