Hey guys, 30yr old male. No known allergies. Physically active, clean eater. Started getting these "breakouts" about a year ago. Had one doctor tell me it was psoriasis, and she gave me a spray to counter it with. Flares occur on my hips, shoulders, forarms, calves, thighs, and back. Took a shower after yesterdays work out and my skin was burning badly. It seems to flare up with activity, which is weird because I've been an athlete my entire life and all of a sudden my body is covered. Please advise.

Welcome to the forum Mike. Few questions i would like to ask..
Were/are you on any anabolic steroids or any other medications and supplements recently or past few months?
When did the last flare occurred?
Are these lesions associated with fine scales or just red bumps?
Do they bleed?
Do that itch?
Do they have pus point?
Has those bumps been same for last one year or increased? decreased?
Do you have such resembling lesions on chest and face?
Do you sweat heavily?

-Yes. Testosterone cypionate from the endocronologist, for low T. Sept 2011 to Feb 2012. Started getting skin problems about 2 months after initial injection. 150ml every two weeks. No supplements otherwise. Take my multi vitamins daily. That picture was taken this week.

-Last flare up was three days ago after a session of Brazilian Jiu jitu. The more I rolled on my back, the more I felt my back burning.

-More or less red bumps.
-Bleeding will only occur once it dries out and forms a small scab or "scale".
-No pus.
-No itch.
-The effected area always changes. Last month it was my legs, initially it was my arms.
-Face is clear for the most part, have always had clear skin, but I do occastionally get a random flare up here or there. Sometimes in the back of my ear or forehead.
-Not a heavy sweater at all.

The spray the doctor prescribed is called Clobex. Sprayed my back three times since the break out on Monday and its almost clear.

Hope this helps

Good to know your back is cleared now Mike. Since it cleared with steroid spray given by your doctor ,it doesn't seem like steroid induced acne, rather seems like gutate psoriasis to me.
