You can go for semi permanent eye lash perming. It is a special eyelash perming technique to make them curly. The effect stays for 2-3 months. Along with this you can also get semi permanent mascara done which stays for ten days.

if you don't want such a permanent solution, you can try using a heated mascara to hold the curls in your lashes, and using lancome virtuouse mascara. i love it cuz it lengthens curls and volumizes!
