Little red bumps on scrotum

I have noticed small red bumps on scrotum.They look like tiny bumps filled with blood. They don't hurt but when i squeeze a little they bleed. I haven't had sex till now so i don't think its STD, but still worrying me. What could be causing such red bumps on my scrotum? any info would be very helpful.

Hello Buerab, welcome to the forum. Your description match with Angiokeratoma of scrotum but providing a clear picture would help confirm the diagnosis. You can google it up for images and see if that is what your red bumps look like. These are usually benign and harmless. Other possibility of the bumps could be is irritated hair follicles but strong suspect goes to angiokeratomas. Anyway it is always good to visit a dermatologist and confirm the case.
