Nail sculpting is an extensive and expensive process. But the results are remarkable indeed! Is it possible to get the nail sculpting done at home? Secondly, how should I make my nails look white, shinning and beautiful?

Nail sculpting can not be done at home as it requires great skill and perfection and only well trained professional can do it properly. To make your nails look white and shining dip them in luke warm olive oil for 10 minutes and then massage them. Use good quality nail paint. Do not bite your nails. File your nails at regular intervals and keep them in good shape. Follow a good diet regime comprising of calcium and proteins like milk and its products, beans, sprouts spinach, tomato, nuts etc. Strong and shining nails reflect good health.
