In my profession, quite often I am expected to go out in the evening after a hard day’s work. How can I look not tired and perky with the help of make-up without carrying a bag full of cosmetics?

all you need is some mascara &/or eyeliner, a face highlighter, and your favorite dark gloss to turn your day look into night! before you head out, apply another coat or two of mascara and eyeliner on your lashes & lashline. to perk up your face, put highlight on your browbones and in the inner corner of your eyes. then swipe on your gloss and you're ready to go!

You should carry only three things with you for a perky and fresh look:
1. A good eyeliner/kajal for an active look.
2. A good lipgloss-for a perky and fresh look.
and
3. A good pack of face-wipes to freshen your skin and remove any dirt without washing it frequently.:)

I agree with Alice! Lip gloss will definitely transform your office look to something more glamorous. You don't need a bag full of cosmetics to attend parties! Lipstick and something for your eyes should do the trick. Why not find a co-worker who's an expert at applying makeup to help you out?
