I have mild acne, please answer these questions about steaming my face please:)

Staming my face, questions please help?
1- Should I cleanse (with liz earle) before and after?
2- Should I exfoliate afterwards with neutrogena exfoliator? Or should I use my liz earle toner or acne cream?
3- I dont have a mask to put on afterwards is that a problem?
4- Should i put salt in the water because i have bad breakouts like everywhere?
5- Should i wash my face with cold water after cleansing or before or shouldnt i at all?
