interstitial granulomatous dermatitis has spread around vagina and buttocks

i'm not happy to say that this has spread to those areas. it has connected around my vagina and underneath to the buttocks area and inside each cheek after starting at my lower back. what medications can be used to stop this? im getting more blood work done next week, but this is getting bad!
