I can't help as I don't use them but do you really need them? Over time they will do untold damage to your nails. Try going natural. Once a week give them a good buff and polish and apply a decent treatment to them. Then a good basecoat to prevent staining and finally a colour of your choice. If you keep up with buffing and polishing them they will look better than acrylics. Everyone thinks mine are false because of how good they look with polish on.

I'm sure you could look at videos and articles on Youtube and online? :)

Acrylic powder or liquid is good for nails. These are best for converting the yellow nails into white. It is used to increase the brightness of your nails.

I have recently purchased Sakare Nail Kit that has all the things required for manicure. I used it last evening. My nails have become very smooth with a slight shine. The nail file is also not very strong so that it can harm my nails. The buffer is apt for buffing the nails appropriately. Lotion is icing on the cake!
