My doctor said it is psoriasis, but i dont think it is. I have five burning, expanding rings on my arm, armpit, and torso.I have dark skin, so as it expands the leftover skin turns white. It seems like the top layer is just burning away.

could u please post a photo..psoriasis usually doesn't appear on the skin folds, but when it appears it is called Inverse Psoriasis, which is uncommon.

Is it itchy? do u have it on other parts of the body, be specific,
does it come and go ?
How old r u? how long r u having this problem for? any changes during seasons ( winter or summer)
Does it bleed when u scratch?
Do other family members have this condition?

Please reply to this questions so we could help you confirm.

Its a little itchy, but usually just burns, especially when im sweaty. I have it on my head, but its different. Its not so big and itches instead of burns. I'm 16 and have had this for 2 years. When i first got this it looked exactly like ringworm, but changed appearance every few months or so. First it was a raised plaque, very itchy with pus sacs. Then it went aWay, came back, went away, etc. sometimes it would be gone for a month. Soon it started to look like dry skin instead of ringworm. Now it has changed to an expanding, burning ring, changing my skin white as it expands. Its on myleg, torso, and groin area also.
This is an ipad, so i cannot post a picture.
