Does SPF products like these Doc Martin’s of Maui help in reducing the risk of cancer?
I've been hearing a lot about these and looking forward to be safe as much as I can.

I have never heard of doc martins of maui but a sunscreen with 30spf or higher is what you want to use. put it on 1/2 hr before you go to the beach or be in the sun. this allows the sunscreen to soak into your skin giving you protection. reapply it if you go swimming. i know it is a pain in the butt but will be worth it to protect your skin now rather than trying to fix your skin later.

spf doesnt take into account uva rays. You can have a sunscreen which is spf but doesnt block uva rays.
uva rays are which leads to skin cancer

Use a broad spectrum sunscreen and it will reduce your chances of getting cancer. Like Brenda sas apply before you go outside and after swimming
